I hate to say it but you don't even have to leave your home to find an affordable valentine gift. Perfume/Cologne can also make a great gift idea. However, pay concentration to the fact that every someone has their own natural scents, so make sure you know the someone well sufficient that you don't end up buying him/her something that is suppose to narrate your feelings, but ends up manufacture him/her smell like a dead fish in the sun. No just kidding, I don't think any perfume/cologne could make whatever smell that bad, just be aware of it, try finding out ahead of time what their beloved perfume/cologne is.
Jewelry can also be a thriving valentines gift. Jewelry is funny because you would think that jewelry, being that it can be a more costly valentine gift, would only be for your very extra someone. But jewelry is also a great way to express your true feelings to someone who might not other wise know how you feel about them. The most coarse valentines jewelry is diamonds. Diamonds are very special, most everyone likes, but there are other jewels that are great for expressing your love too. If you do decided on the diamonds, don't worry, all the most beloved brilliant market have websites where they teach you about diamonds so you can really elect the perfect one for your price range.
As for gifts that don't cost you any money, but that are still easy and thriving there is always the home made card. I know it might sound cheesy but if you really put some concept into manufacture a home valentines day card it can sometimes come out really nice.
